Prepare for a Career Fair
We use a super cool platform for the West Coast Virtual Fair that lets you create a profile, search for employers by industry, type of job, accessibility and inclusion practices, and so much more. Plus, you can drop off your résumé, sign up for one-on-one and group appointments, attend exhibitor presentations and learn about work and career opportunities.

Book sessions with exhibitors
You can now visit the to create your profile. There are 50+ employers, volunteer organizations, and graduate schools to connect with! We're continuing to register new employers!
How to set up your profile (do this now)
- Go to the . This is the website where the fair is hosted.
- Create your profile and upload your résumé. When you interact with an exhibitor through a one-on-one session or group session, they’ll be able to view your profile information and see your résumé to learn more about you. This is a great way to put yourself on employers’ radars! You can also leave your résumé at a booth even if you don’t book a session with an employer (think of it like handing a hard copy of your résumé to an employer an in-person fair.
- Test your audio and video. This will help you avoid any issues on the days of the fair.
How to book sessions with exhibitors (starts April 15 at 7 p.m.)
On April 15 at 7 p.m., you’ll be able to login to your profile to book sessions with exhibitors of your choice (don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder!)
We recommend booking one-on-one and group sessions before the fair—spots fill up quickly so booking ahead helps you plan your day. Exhibitors have limited one-on-one sessions available.
- Once you enter the platform, you can filter exhibitor booths by the types of opportunities available, industries, locations and more.
- You can view exhibitor booths to find out more about the exhibitor and book one-on-one and group sessions.
- Each one-on-one session is 10-minutes long, while group sessions are longer.
