Curriculum Studies (MEd)
This program is designed to bring experienced teachers together to explore developments in curriculum theories in practice, supporting significant shifts in curriculum as conceptualized and operationalized through competency-based curriculum and assessment approaches.
It offers a site in which educators can take up questions of practice that arise in their particular settings. The programs are designed to support educators to become more thoughtful and informed practitioners.

Outcomes
Students in this program will:
- understand the breadth of educational research
- critically engage with educational research, being able to read and engage with research studies
- understand issues of ethical practice as it relates to educational research
- understand diverse roles for professional curriculum leadership
- apply theoretical understandings to professional practice
- shape a final project that provides a focus and application to professional issues
