## The second thing the script does is create a new tier in the textgrid, and create
## intervals corresponding to the intervals of the sound file that will be manipulated
## to get pre-, post-, and mid- glottalization effects. It keeps track of the beginning,
## middle, and endpoints of each interval it creates, and measures F0 at the beginning
## of each interval (to be used to create F0 dip)
