About
Hi! My name is Utkarsh. I’m an undergraduate student at UVic, currently completing my Bachelors degree in Software Engineering. I’m originally from India and I moved to United Arab Emirates (UAE) when I was in primary school. Finally I moved to Victoria to complete my undergrad at UVic. Since a young age, I have always wanted to create tools to help people in any way possible. I found science and technology to be a really powerful tool in my hand to help and solve day to day problems. This motivation inspired me to join this lab and use software solutions in solving health-related problems. I develop web and mobile apps for different projects going on in the lab.Besides sitting in front of computers coding or watching netflix, my hobbies include socializing with friends, camping, hiking, reading and photography.
