Allison Plamondon
Hi, my name is Allison, and I am a third-year Kinesiology student at UVic. I grew up in the small town of Rossland, BC, which is where I discovered my passion for exploring the outdoors. My favourite activities include hiking, mountain biking, skiing and rock climbing. I also enjoy working with children and have an extensive background in instructing swim lessons, cycling and dance.
I am very excited to join the Digital Health Lab team as a research assistant and look forward to sharing my passion for health and fitness.
