Project summary
This project aims to address the issue of single-use waste on campus by implementing a pilot reusable to-go beverage container system at the Boardwalk and Port cafes on campus, with the ultimate goal of expanding the initiative into more UVic food service locations. This project is being done in collaboration with Reusables.com, the University Food Services (UNFS), the Office of Campus Planning and Sustainability (OCPS), and the Surfrider Foundation Canada UVic Club (Surfrider UVic).
