Hi.

Welcome to Lilac Lotus Macrame.

Crafting has always been in my blood. I have always loved creating and seeing the finished product.

When my kids were little -now 12 & 13- our whole day was painting, glueing, making cards, drawing. Anything that inspired them to make something magical, i would let them do. I still to this day encourage them to create magic in their lives every day.

When COVID hit and my first home business of being a Massage Therapist came to a crashing halt, i didn't take it very well. Massage was just what i did every day. Not being able to help my regular clients when i know they needed me, made me depressed, angry and lost. 

When i found Macrame it was a god send! Something to do with my hands again hahahaha.

Using my imagination again to create beautiful wall hangings has been life changing. I love to knot and design and i'm pretty sure i'm fully addicted now!

I love using locally sourced branches and our amazing West Coast Australian coast line to give me inspiration for my designs which are then handcrafted here in Perth.
