Professional Employees Association (PEA) bargaining
The Professional Employees’ Association represents 1,237 professionals and middle managers (1,218 FTE). This component of our workforce includes student counsellors, systems analysts, desktop support staff, nurses, fundraisers, scientific technicians, engineers, student recruiters, academic advisers and more.
The current collective agreement with the PEA is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2025; however, the terms and conditions continue in force until the parties renegotiate the agreement in accordance with the provincial mandate.
