 A Master Service Agreement (MSA) is in place with the following Bus Transportation companies. 

You can view the contract terms & conditions per vendor below. If you have any questions please reach out to the Purchasing Officer assigned to your department or e-mail purchase@uvic.ca 

Process steps:

• Reach out to the vendor of your choice to obtain quote for your trip
• create WebReq & attach quote, submit for signing authority approval, submit to Purchasing 
• Purchasing will issue a Purchase Order (PO) to confirm the trip with the vendor 
• submit the invoice for payment via the  

 Degrees Catering: 

A Catering and Conference Centre is located on campus at the Sngequ House and is operated by Degrees Catering, part of University Food Services.

Services are available 7 days a week, accommodating events from as early as 7 am, with room capacities ranging from 20 to 600 people.

For your convenience all billing is done directly to your department FAST Account.

Provincial Government Hotel Rates:

CAUBO Hotel Rates: 
The Canadian Association of University Business Officers has also negotiated special rates:  (log in is required to access details). CAUBO rates tend to be slightly more expensive than BC Government rates.
