We are upgrading our residences!
Please be aware of ongoing renovation and refreshes in the residence precinct throughout the summer season.
You may experience minor disruption, including minimal noise and dust, however, the University will do everything we are able to do to ensure that renovation work is as unobtrusive as possible. Please note that there will be no compensation or discounts due to work taking place on campus and/or relocation.
Cluster Units
These fully-furnished apartments and townhouses are ideal for families, or small and large adult groups. Each unit is self- contained and features:
- Four lockable bedrooms, each containing one single bed, one desk and chair and one wardrobe per room
- A full kitchen including two fridges, a stove, an oven and cookware/dishes (no microwave)
- A dining area with a dining room table and four chairs
- A living area with a couch or chairs
- Two bathrooms each containing one sink and one toilet plus one shower room
- Paid self-service laundry facilities located nearby
- Complimentary wireless internet access
- Housekeeping service provided twice a week for short-term stays only
2025 Rental rates
Rates are per unit, per night, and are subject to applicable taxes (GST, PST, and MRDT).
Stays are for short term (up to 29 consecutive nights)
When renting a unit, one person is responsible for the unit and full payment is due at check-in.

Short term deposit and cancellation
- Payment of one night room charge and taxes is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Full balance will be processed at the front desk at check-in and a $100.00 credit hold for incidental charges will be placed on your credit card
- Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Reservations are not held for guests who fail to check-in on the arrival date.
