We are upgrading our residences!
Please be aware of ongoing renovation and refreshes in the residence precinct throughout the summer season.
You may experience minor disruption, including minimal noise and dust, however, the University will do everything we are able to do to ensure that renovation work is as unobtrusive as possible. Please note that there will be no compensation or discounts due to work taking place on campus and/or relocation.
Dormitory rooms
Our economical single and double rooms are ideal for youth groups, adult groups, teams and individual guest stay. Single rooms can be booked for short-term Visitor Accommodation or Group Accommodation. Double rooms can be booked for Group Accommodations only. Dorm rooms are located in our dormitory residence buildings and feature:
- Single rooms contain one single bed per room, one desk, one chair and one wardrobe
- Double rooms contain two single beds per room, two desks, two chairs and two wardrobes
- Access to a shared semi-private or group bathroom located down the hall
- A common lounge on each floor which offers seating, a TV, a microwave and a sink
- Paid self-service laundry facilities located nearby
- Complimentary wireless internet access
- Housekeeping service provided twice a week for short-term stays
2025 Rental rates
Rates are per room, per night, and are subject to applicable taxes (GST, PST, and MRDT).
Stays are for short-term (up to 29 consecutive nights)

Short-term deposit and cancellation
- Payment of one night room charge and taxes is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Full balance will be processed at the front desk at check-in and a $100.00 credit hold for incidental charges will be placed on your credit card
- Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Reservations are not held for guests who fail to check-in on the arrival date.
