Learn on Canada’s West Coast

Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is on the southern end of Vancouver Island. In 2024, it won the Best Small City in the World to Live from 2024 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards. With its safe, welcoming community, it’s a great place for young students to explore life in Canada.

From discovering cafés downtown to hiking with classmates, Victoria offers new experiences every day. Plus, with easy travel from Vancouver, you’ll always feel connected to the world.

I enjoyed the ISIBM so much. Studying at UVic, making international friends and joining exciting activities gave me valuable experiences and memories. I gained a lot from the program.
